Canton Fair 2026: A Sourcing Checklist for Bathroom Hardware Buyers

Phase 2 of Canton Fair 2026 opens on 23 October. For anyone buying faucets, shower systems or bathroom accessories, these five days set the shape of next year’s range: which models you can quote, which finishes you can promise, and which supplier is still answering your emails in March.

Most of that work, though, is decided before you walk into the hall. Buyers who arrive with a written brief leave with samples, prices and a shortlist. Buyers who arrive without one leave with three kilos of catalogs.

What follows is the checklist we would hand to any buyer visiting us at Booth 11.1F32-33, 23–27 October 2026 — and what you will find on the stand when you get there.

Canton Fair 2026 A Sourcing Checklist for Bathroom Hardware Buyers-2

Before You Arrive: Five Things to Prepare

A specification sheet, not a wish list. Flow rate, spout reach, cartridge type, finish, packing format. A factory can quote against numbers in a day and against adjectives in a month.

Your target landed cost. FOB is only half the number. Duty, freight and carton configuration decide the rest.

The certification list for your market, in writing. It filters the halls faster than any catalog.

Two products you already sell. Showing a supplier where your range sits explains “good enough” and “too expensive” better than a paragraph ever will.

A sample plan. Decide in advance what you will carry home, what you will ask to be shipped, and to which address.

On the Floor: Six Questions Worth Asking Every Supplier

The answers matter less than the speed and specificity of them. Vague replies are an answer too.

Which processes actually run in your own plant? Ask to see the line, not the leaflet.

Whose cartridges and finishes do you use, and can they be changed for my order? A supplier who names brands is usually a supplier who buys on quality, not on price alone.

What is the real MOQ per finish, and what does it do to my unit cost? Per-finish MOQ is where first orders quietly die.

How do you test, and what happens when a batch fails? Salt-spray hours, cycle counts, leak testing — and the written remedy, not the promise.

Which approvals do you already hold for my market, and who pays for new testing? This single question removes half the shortlist.

What happens if a container arrives short or a finish is off-spec? Get the answer before the deposit, not after the claim.

What We Are Bringing to Booth 11.1F32-33

We organize the stand by buyer scenario rather than by product family, because that is how a range actually gets built.

Building a full bathroom range for distribution. Kitchen and basin faucets — pull-down, wall-mounted and deck-mounted mixers — set alongside SUS304 bathroom accessories and coordinating hardware, so a showroom can be furnished through one supply chain instead of four.

Furnishing hotel and multi-unit projects. Thermostatic and rain shower systems, concealed mixers and shower columns, specified around the thing projects care about most: the thousandth room installing exactly like the first.

Retail and e-commerce ranges. Electric towel warmers developed against the electrical safety and compliance expectations of the EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Private label. OEM/ODM built from existing tooling, with branding, packaging and documentation handled on our side.

Everything on the stand comes off a vertically integrated line in Wenzhou: one supplier, one quality standard, one point of accountability. Flexible MOQ and consolidated delivery mean a first order does not have to be a container of a single item.

The Certification Conversation

Certificates on a wall are easy. The useful conversation is about your market: which standards apply, what testing a new model would need, how long that takes, and whether an existing platform can be adapted rather than engineered from scratch. If you are opening a new market in the coming year, book time for this. It is usually the difference between a first order in one quarter and in three.

Reserve a Slot Before the Halls Fill Up

Mornings are the worst time to start a technical conversation. Send us four things before you travel — the markets you serve, the categories you buy, an estimated annual volume, and your certification requirements — and we will reply with a proposed time and a short list of models worth looking at before you arrive.

Dates: 23–27 October 2026 Booth: 11.1F32-33 On display: kitchen and basin faucets, thermostatic and rain shower systems, SUS304 bathroom accessories, electric towel warmers
