1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory — not a trading company. FAAO (Wenzhou Faao Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd.) has owned and operated its manufacturing facility in Wenzhou for 12 years, since day one. You deal directly with the manufacturer: no middlemen, no markup, full control over quality and schedule.

Every product is individually wrapped in EPE foam, packed in a 5-layer export-grade corrugated carton with corner protectors.
